Even under continuous use our marking systems need little repair work and maintenance. If, however, your machine needs to be repaired, please proceed as follows:
Fill out the repair form you can find in our download order forms section and attach a printed version of it to the shipment.

- Make sure to fill out the repair-form and include it with the equipment being sent
- Please make sure that the following components are included: controller, cables and the marker head
- Once the unit has been received at our repair department, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and information of the further process
